Arrival
Please aim to arrive in time for your appointment, so you can fully take advantage of all the time we set aside especially for you. If you arrive 15 minutes later than your scheduled time, we might not be able to extend the time available for your service and we might have to cancel or reschedule your appointment. In this case you will lose your deposit.
Deposit
For all appointments a non refundable deposit is required, to ensure that you are fully committed to yourself and to us, to have the procedure done. Deposit will be deducted from the total cost and can be transferred to rescheduled appointments, done in a timely manner.
Rescheduling
A minimum of 48 hours notice is required if you plan to reschedule an appointment, without penalty. Failure to give us notice will result in forfeiting your deposit.
Cancelation and no show
As a courtesy to you, appointment reminders will be sent to you via call or text. If an appointment is canceled within 48 hours to your appointment you will lose your deposit. This is to protect our time and yours time that is set aside especially for you, and to offer a fair opportunity for booking to other clients . In return we promise to keep your appointment on time, give you our undivided attention and of course the best microbladed eyebrows in town.
Refunds
There will be no refunds allowed.
